Market Development and Customer Relations with the industry and selected key accounts
Analyse industry trends and policy changes; develop market expansion plans.
Maintain existing customer relationships and explore new business opportunities to increase market share.
Financial and Risk Management
Ensure the achievement of profitability goals through cost control and optimal resource utilization.
Identify business risks and develop measures to mitigate them, ensuring compliant and stable business operations.
External Relations and Industry Engagement
Represent the company at industry trade fairs, conferences, and governmental events to enhance the company’s visibility.
Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with regulatory bodies, industry associations, and other relevant institutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in agriculture, biochemistry, animal nutrition, or a related field; MBA or management degree preferred.
At least 10 years of experience in the feed or additives industry, with a minimum of 7 years in a senior management or equivalent leadership role.
Familiarity with Chinese agricultural, feed, and environmental policies and market environment.
Excellent strategic planning, business insight, and decision-making capabilities.
Proven track record in team management with the ability to motivate and lead teams to achieve goals.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, adept at interacting with clients, partners, and regulatory authorities.
Proficiency in both Chinese and English,
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Being part of the global Regional Manager Team, representing China as a key region
