Responsibilites

 Develop, implement, and monitor annual plan and budget for the overall Integrated supply chain functions to ensure optimal operational efficiency and cost performance to support short-term and long-term business needs.
 Develop and implement comprehensive health, safety, and environmental (HSE)
 management systems to ensure compliance with local and global regulations.
 Implement and lead the SIOP process to coordinate and align sales, inventory, raw material, and operations planning.
 Develop, implement, and monitor all logistics management activities required for the timely and efficient transportation, import/export and warehousing of incoming and outgoing materials and distribution of products.
 Identify improvement opportunities in production processes and procedures, lead the team to initiate and implement improvements.
 Monitoring, supervising, and standardizing the quality of production processes and customer service.
 Ensuring adequate and timely communication regarding the translation of policy and developments to management and providing relevant information to related departments and external parties; as well as ensuring compliance with laws and
regulations.
 Lead and develop the team of Production; Supply chain; HSE and Quality.

Qualifications

 Master’s degree in supply chain planning and operations management or equivalent.
 At least 10 years of demonstrated success in a progressive series of production and supply chain jobs and responsibilities with a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated management experience.
 Related industry experience is highly preferred.
 Operational excellence project experience is highly preferred.
 SAP experience is highly preferred.
 Willing to drive changes throughout the organization.
 Quick learner and high responsibility.
 Good people management skills, inter-personal skills and communication skills in both English and Chinese.re
