Responsibilites

 Key Account Management with the establishment of an Account Business plan for the main accounts
 Fully responsible for area sales budget under direct accounts and channel partners. Will establish a strategy and will back up partners (dealers and distributors) to reach the budget goals.
 Product positioning and management:
– Strategic plan in the area for each product
– Selection of promotional/technical materials
– Trials follow-up support
– Training arrangements for sales teams and customers
 Support and organize sales visits together with local management and distributors, Regional Technical and Sales Managers, and international product managers.
 Coordination with Admin and Finance to ensure timely deliveries, adequate product storage, and collection from the end user.

 

Qualifications

 Work and live in Luzon, Philippines
 The ability to travel
 Experience in Sales, training, and marketing
 Fluent English
