Responsibilites

Duties: Responsible for the provision of technical support to the poultry market in countries:
Japan, Korea, Philippines, Malaysia, Brunei, Sri-Lanka, Taiwan. The role requires extensive travel.
Specific Responsibilities
 Ensure the provision of a comprehensive technical support service platform for company products through the provision of technical information, and the training and advice to staff, distributors and key customers.
 Produce and disseminate veterinary technical information and communication materials aligned to strategy. Good communication and presentation skills are required.
 Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, key customers, consultants, universities and veterinary organizations.
 Represent the company at Global and Regional events.
 Build strong internal relationships to optimize participation in the Product Development, Technical Services, and other meetings. Generate ideas to develop new business.

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree or above in animal nutrition and/or animal health
 At least 10 years in poultry clinical support preferably at a senior level in a technical services role. Experience of other commercial functions desirable.
 Feed formulation experience is preferable
 Veterinary experience is required
 Possessing established relationships with key integrators and feed mills in SEA is essential
 Must have the ability to effectively collaborate with both Regional and Global teams
 Capacity to think critically. Must be analytical and have the ability to problem solve in a concise and logical manner
 Confident and customer-focused outlook with the ability to present technical and other information to diverse audiences
 Strong internal and external (customers, peers in industry) communication and a persuasive style
 Ability to work remotely, autonomously and within teams and above all, an ability to just ‘make things happen’
 High motivation on taking challenges and conquering of difficulties
 Strong innovation skills, with ability to develop localized solutions and concepts according to customer needs
 Customer intimacy and commercial sense
