Responsibilites
• Act as the country/region expert, mastering key growth drivers across health portfolios, channels, and regulatory landscapes in close collaboration with sales teams.
• Develop and execute 3–5 year go-to-market strategies, including portfolio customization, channel focus, and customer engagement.
• Support sales teams with customer meetings, innovation workshops, and development of tailored concepts based on deep product and market knowledge.
• Build strong multi-level customer relationships and identify new business opportunities across APAC.
• Monitor financial performance using dashboards to track sales, margins, and customer portfolio mix, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.
• Stay ahead of APAC regulatory requirements (claims, terminology, product positioning) and translate them into market opportunities.
• Build market intelligence by identifying growth pockets, competitor activity, and key customer/product priorities.
• Collaborate with global portfolio and product development teams to adapt solutions and support customer-specific projects.
• Sponsor and guide customer ideation sessions, ensuring alignment with portfolio guardrails and exclusivity arrangements.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, B2B Commercial Execution, Product Management) to deliver strategic outcomes.
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in business management, or relevant scientific background (nutrition/health) with commercial experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in B2B business development, marketing, product management, or related commercial roles.
• Experience in pharma or consumer healthcare industries strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of driving growth in key markets within APAC.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a regional role while collaborating effectively across global teams.
• Strong English communication
• Strong IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and proficiency in English (written and spoken).
