Responsibilites
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships in the region.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science/production or related field.
Fluent in English and Thai, both written and spoken.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, specifically in feed additives or related fields.
Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
High level of honesty, strong self-motivation, result-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
Exceptional communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
