 负责区域内大型反刍牧场的开发和维护,确保添加剂销售年度目标达成并超越。
Be responsible for the development and maintenance of large ruminant farm within the region, ensuring that the annual sales target is achieved and exceeded.
 及时了解区域市场信息,建立有效的市场信息分析,为销售策略及业务发展提出合理化建议,为销售部经理决策提供市场依据。
Keep abreast of regional market information, establish an effective market information analysis system, provide reasonable suggestions for sales
strategies and business development, and offer market-based evidence for the decisions of the sales department manager.
 制定销售计划和调整销售预算,对销售预算实施的控制和监督。
Make sales plans and adjust sales budgets, and exercise control and supervision over the implementation of the sales budget.
 组织召开大型销售会议、培训产品知识,为牧场提供所需的技术服务。
Organize large-scale sales meetings, conduct product knowledge training, and provide the necessary technical services to the ruminant farms.

Qualifications

 动物营养、动物医学、畜牧兽医等相关专业本科及以上学历,有一定的圈内专业性人脉。
Bachelor’s degree or above in fields such as animal nutrition, animal medicine, or veterinary science, with established professional connections
within the industry.
 5 年及以上的奶牛、肉牛或肉羊添加剂、饲料、预混料产品销售经验。
5 years or more of sales experience in dairy cattle, beef cattle or beef sheep additives, feed, or premix products.
 有优质的终端客户资源或渠道资源。
Excellent customer resources or channel resources.
 反刍动物营养、动物医学、畜牧兽医等相关专业,有扎实的专业基础。
Relevant majors such as animal nutrition, animal medicine, and veterinary husbandry and animal science, with a solid professional foundation.
 良好的沟通协调能力、执行力,经过市场营销方面的训练。
Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong execution ability, and training in marketing.
