Assist FVP, Country director to establish comprehensive sales strategy.
Develop and organize the implementation of a complete sales plan co-work with mill GMs and sales manager.
Help mill develop and establish good cooperative relations with key customers across China.
Organize the sales managers to develop a variety of sales means, complete the sales plan and payment collection tasks.
Manage sales staff, help establish, supplement, develop and train sales team.
Master market dynamics, familiar with market conditions and have unique insights.
Effectively manage dealers throughout the country.
Responsible for the negotiation and signing of major business contracts.
Assist in handling major customer complaints, track the result of handling complaints, and conduct customer satisfaction survey.
Conduct customer analysis, establish customer relationship, and explore user needs.
In-depth understanding of the industry, grasp the latest sales information, to provide business development strategy basis for enterprises.
Join mill sales meeting and China business review meeting, come up with solutions to boost sales volume.
Motivate sales team and maintain high morale of sales team.
Complete other temporary tasks assigned by Fvp, country Director.

Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above, animal nutrition, animal husbandry, marketing and other related majors
Have more than 10 years of experience in feed sales management and be familiar with feed sales and management.
Good customer communication skills
Master feed-related professional knowledge and be familiar with industry trends
Good organizational and coordination skills
