Responsibilites

 Strategic planning and development of feed additive sales in line with Nuscience’s business plan and Sales Director’s instruction
 Maintain good relationship with existing customers and identify competitive advantages to build a strong pipeline of opportunities in the feed additive segment
 Actively develop new customers and introduce new products to existing customers
 Achieve annual financial targets set by company
 Responsible for all sales activities in assigned regions
 Work closely with other departments and colleagues to gain supports

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant disciplines (Animal Nutrition and Feed Technology, Animal Science, etc.)
 Over 5 years’ experience in sales and business development in Feed Additive related industry
 In-depth knowledge of Feed Additive industry including products, technologies, customers and competitions
 Good customer base to start with would be desirable
 Strong presentation and negotiation skills
 Key account management skills
 Business acumen, Ability to close the deal
 High integrity, Result-driven, Motivated in developing new customers
