Responsibilites
Develop and excuse the core products winning strategy to support the budget plan achievement.
Collaborate with global marketing department and SEA regional functional groups to develop the marketing tools, service tools and to find solutions to improve product value, service level and brand images.
Lead the planning, creating, and producing GTM tool kits (advertising, sales promotion materials, Video, ROI, and product value proposition) and implement marketing STP strategies.
Analyze and evaluate market research related to the business and study possible improvements to current STP strategies.
Develop and implement the Vaccines and ATC products training program to commercial team, distributors, and business partners to deliver the distinction value of company products.
Drive the product positioning and competition strategies for the Vaccines and ATC products; collaborate with the country commercial leaders to ensure product marketing plan well implementation.
Identify and engage SEA regional KOLs of core product portfolios on commercial trials, publication, and education programs to support business growth and KA strategies.
Analyze markets to find opportunities and to provide market insights, as well as monitor the competitive landscape. Study and identify improvements, issues, and problems to share with the SEA lead team and other stakeholders.
Create solutions with hot issues based on the customers’ needs and adjust short-term objectives.

Qualifications
Bachelor/master’s degree, preferably in marketing or nutrition/technical areas.
Minimum of 10 years working experience in a similar role.
Affinity with the agricultural sector.
Management experience in a complex, global organization.
Interests or proven track record in digital developments.
Understanding of KAM management and distribution/retail.
Fluent English (both writing and speaking).
Innovative, collaborative, open minded and great orchestration skills in matrix organizations.
Sharp with numbers and trends, forward thinking with down to earth working style.
Strategic thinking with operational excellence
Can travel frequently
