Responsibilites
▪ Be part of the Sales and Marketing team.
▪ Drive sales efforts for insect meal and insect oil products in new markets/geographies.
▪ Play a key role in closing strategic partnerships with key accounts while serving as their main point of contact, including C-level executives.
▪ While the primary focus is business development, maintain strong relationships with selected existing key accounts as their main point of contact.
▪ Represent our client at fairs (both local & international) and industry events.
▪ Report directly to the Sales Director and collaborate with the Sales Director on volume and price forecasting, product trials, and marketing content.
▪ Work closely with departments such as Production, Quality, and R&D product development teams.
▪ Drive farm-to-fork projects (integrated value chain partnerships) with the support of the Business Development team and Sustainability Manager by establishing collaborations with retailers, processors, feed manufacturers, and farming companies.
Qualifications
▪ Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Animal Nutrition, Aquaculture, Veterinary Medicine, Life Sciences, or Business, combined with a strong interest in Sales and Feed Ingredients.
▪ 5-10 years of experience in the animal feed or animal health industry in Asia. Aqua and/or pet food background is a plus.
▪ Experience in feed formulation is an advantage.
▪ Strong ability to connect, manage, and negotiate with C-level executives.
▪ Excellent social and management skills, business acumen, and negotiation skills.
▪ Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages (Vietnamese, French, Dutch, etc.) is a plus.
▪ Proactive and strong team spirit.
▪ Open to both Vietnamese candidates and expatriates, with a preference for those already based in Vietnam.
