Responsibilites
Formulate marketing strategy from the business strategy.
Define specific value proposition for each of the key business lines
Together with commercial team, design route to market, and responsible for the end-to-end
implementation from market penetration, product development and commercial execution
Update and upgrade the marketing strategy according to market trend, sales performance
and readiness and technical availability.
Product lifecycle and service model management
Translates marketing strategy into clear and practical price, product, place and promotion
policies.
Responsible for overall product portfolio and full lifecycle management, be the local owner
and global focal point of China
Develop new product and services, from idea to constant revenue stream
Keep developing and innovating our service model to the market
Monitors, analyses and reports facts and insights on customers, consumer needs and
trends, to provide consumer/customer insight and accurate market information.
Assess and understand the market, competition, and our performance at national,
provincial, regional, and county level,
Protect, develop, and grow the value of our company and product/service brands.
Organize and execute on line and off line marketing events, and always follow up the results
Responsible for annual Marcom planning and cost management, spend every euro wisely.
Keep innovating our on line penetration and explore the digital sales via all channels
Support GM to continuously improve commercial excellence.
Keep developing the sales capability with the right focus and investment for the right
team/people at the right time
Manage and develop a professional and innovative marketing team – the innovation house.
Orchestrate marketing and sales collaboration in constructive, healthily challenging, and
harmonized manner.
Qualifications
At least a Bachelor/master’s degree, preferably in marketing or nutrition/technical areas.
Minimum of 10 years working experience in a similar role.
Affinity with the agricultural sector.
Management experience in a complex, global organization.
Interests or proven track record in digital developments.
Understanding of KAM management and distribution/retail.
Fluent English (both written and verbal).
Innovative, collaborative, open minded and great orchestration skills in matrix organizations
Sharp with numbers and trends, forward thinking with down to earth working style.
Strategic Thinking with Operational excellence
Can travel frequently
