Technical Support 30% & Sales 70%
 Support the business development of our Client’s distributor in China.
 Manage key account development for products not handled by current distributors.
 Support the launch of new products.
 Develop and manage new distributors for specific product lines.
 Provide daily technical support to customers and the distributor sales team.
 Prepare and deliver technical presentations and trainings.
 Assist in setting up customer trials, collect data, and coordinate analysis with experts in the Netherlands.
 Resolve customer complaints by coordinating solutions internally.
 Handle product sample requests and coordinate lab analysis.
Distributor & Account Management
 Coordinate monthly distributor meetings (including translation).
 Monitor stock levels and sales updates.
 Support pricing strategies by providing benchmarking information.
Marketing & Events
 Organize company participation in exhibitions and seminars.
 Coordinate the design and translation of marketing materials/brochures.
 Arrange customer meetings and farm visits.
 Plan and coordinate visits for Dutch experts to China, and Chinese customer trips to the Netherlands (logistics, programming, translation).
Administration & Strategy
 Conduct market analysis and research on competitors.
 Assist in preparing monthly management reports and Sales Meeting materials.
 Coordinate project-bidding documents.
 Maintain accurate records of travel, meetings, and reports.

Qualifications

Education & Experience
 Degree in Agronomy, Animal Nutrition (Pig/Calf), or a related field.
 Experience in a technical or sales support role within the animal nutrition/agriculture industry.
Skills & Competencies
 Language: Excellent oral and written English. Must be able to provide translation at meetings and presentations.
 Communication: Strong ability to communicate with clients, distributors, and overseas experts.
 Independence: Self-managing, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
 Teamwork: A team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
 Research: Ability to conduct independent research on competitors and market trends.
 Organization: Capable of keeping detailed records and managing multiple trials/events.
