Responsibilites

▪ Drive revenue and profitability targets across Southeast Asia through a scientifically grounded approach to sales in livestock nutrition and feed additives.
▪ Establish and manage high-level customer relationships, leveraging in-depth technical knowledge to influence purchasing decisions within feedmills, integrators, and livestock producers.
▪ Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on animal nutrition solutions, facilitating technical discussions and providing product positioning support to regional stakeholders.
▪ Liaise closely with R&D, Technical Services, and Regulatory Affairs teams to align customer needs with product capabilities, especially regarding fiber-based additives, gut health enhancers, mycotoxin binders, and other functional ingredients.
▪ Develop and implement region-specific market penetration strategies based on competitor intelligence, species-specific challenges, and regulatory frameworks across poultry, swine, and ruminant sectors.
▪ Lead technical-commercial initiatives, including field trials, technical workshops, and distributor training sessions to support product performance validation and customer education.
▪ Ensure product registration and compliance processes are effectively coordinated with internal teams and local authorities in each market.
▪ Evaluate and refine the regional channel partner network by assessing partners’ technical competencies, market access, and alignment with business goals.
▪ Champion the use of CRM systems and data-driven analytics to support strategic account management and identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling technical solutions.
▪ Contribute to APAC-wide strategic planning efforts, using regional technical trends and customer feedback to inform long-term innovation and marketing pipelines.

Qualifications

▪ Minimum 5–7 years of experience in technical sales or technical support roles within the animal nutrition, feed additives, or veterinary solutions industry.
▪ Strong technical foundation in livestock health and nutrition, particularly with feed additives such as enzymes, organic acids, phytogenics, pre/probiotics, binders, and fiberbased solutions.
▪ Robust network of technical influencers and commercial decision-makers within feedmills, premix manufacturers, and integrated livestock operations in Southeast Asia.
▪ Proven ability to deliver technical presentations, manage field trials, and offer in-depth nutritional consultancy to veterinarians, nutritionists, and farm managers.
▪ Experience supporting multinational product registration, technical dossiers, and claims substantiation in ASEAN countries is a plus.
▪ Ability to analyze market data, competitor technical offerings, and customer feedback to identify new application opportunities or reposition existing products.
▪ Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with R&D, regulatory, and technical marketing teams to tailor solutions to regional needs.
▪ Willingness to travel extensively (50–70%) throughout Southeast Asia to provide fieldbased support and relationship management.
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Science, Feed Technology, or equivalent; Master’s or PhD is highly desirable for more technical engagement.
