Role Overview
As the Technical Service Manager for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, you will play a critical role in providing expert technical services and support to our clients. You will be the face of company, working closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver solutions that enhance animal health and performance. This position requires a combination of technical expertise in feed additives, strong communication skills, and a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
Provide technical guidance and support to clients on the use of company’s feed additive products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers across the APAC region, ensuring their technical service needs are met.
Conduct training sessions, seminars, and presentations to educate customers and distributors on product benefits and usage.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and support sales efforts through technical expertise.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the feed additive market
Contribute to product development and improvement initiatives by providing feedback from the field.
Qualifications
Fluent in English, with excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical services or related roles within the feed additive industry.
Advanced degree (Ph.D.) in Animal Nutrition or related fields is highly preferred. Certification as an Animal Nutritionist is a plus.
Demonstrated honesty, strong self-motivation, result-oriented approach, and the ability to work independently.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments.
Willingness to travel extensively across the APAC region.
