Responsibilites
Develop and implement the marketing plan (long and short term) for young animal
Collaborate with sales in creating opportunities in the market through promotion of identified programs adapted for the countries. These opportunities are monitored monthly to which plans are either adjusted or developed;
Provide product technical support (in partnership with the Species Technical manager) for the defined Territory and market segment
Ensure Sales Profit targets are achieved through proper implementation of plans and programs for the region
Provide technical training to the technical and sales force and TN distribution channels.
Develop a collaborative Key account strategy with the sales team and Key Account managers in the focus markets;
Define together with the pricing manager the price strategy and price setting of the related program offering;
Handle and effectively manage the product lifecycle in the region; coordinate with Global product manager for any needs to change, alter or adapt current products to meet market needs; align and implement Global programs when necessary
Coordinate with Country Managers to identify segments to in markets to penetrate, plan out strategies, implement and monitor progress
Coordinate with the Marketing Communications manager on content creation, message alignment and creatives
Coordinate with the Regulatory Affairs manager for product registrations as part of the platform strategic plan.
Qualifications
5 – 10 years working in the animal health or nutrition industry either as a veterinarian ornutritionist with young animal nutrition expertise is an advantage
Knowledge of farm management (swine/poultry/ruminant) and feed mill experience
