Responsibilites
根据销售需求有计划地拜访客户，进行技术交流，了解客户在技术与业务上的发展要求，并解答客户提出的与产品技术相关问题；
Visit customers in a planned way according to sales requirements, carry out technical exchanges, understand customers’ development requirements on technology and business, and answer customers’ questions about product technology;
评估客户实验需求，拟定实验草案，确保实验为及其客户带来最好的结果及回报；尽力获取并提交相关试验报告；
Evaluate the experimental requirements of customers, formulate the experimental draft, and ensure that the experiment brings the best results and returns for and its customers; Try to obtain and submit relevant test reports;
协助组织开展技术研讨会，并在有关会议上作技术报告.
Assist in organizing technical seminars and giving technical reports at relevant meetings.
跟踪并翻译国外产品相关应用研究资料，参与产品和解决方案研究，不断更新修订有关产品技术资料；
Follow up and translate the relevant application research data of foreign products, participate in the research of products and solutions, constantly update and revise the
relevant product technical data;
在国内外文献系统查找并阅读与自己负责领域相关的研究文章，总结整理成技术专刊文章或者微信文章，通过专刊形式或者在微信平台发布，引导行业技术进步；
Search and read research articles related to the field in domestic and foreign literature system, summarize and organize them into technical articles or wechat articles, and guide the technical progress of the industry through the form of special issue or wechat platform;
为销售人员&经销商提供技术培训，在销售会议上作技术报告；
Provide technical training to sales staff & distributors, make technical presentations at sales meetings;
提供产品改进建议和新产品研发建议等。
Provide suggestions for product improvement and new product development
Qualifications
博士学历，动物营养及相关专业；
Doctor degree in animal nutrition or related field
三年及以上畜禽饲料配方,猪营养配方工作经验。
3 years or above working background in monogastric feed formulation or
了解实验室工作，能现场做评估实验及发表文章;
Understand laboratory work, be able to do evaluation experiments and publish articles on site;
有丰富技术培训经验者优先，英语读写良好;
Rich technical training experience is preferred, good English reading and writing;
沟通表达良好，学习能力强，能适应高频率出差；
Good communication and expression, strong learning ability, able to adapt to frequent business trips.
