▪ 负责区域内马/牛/羊动物市场产品销售及市场管理工作,完成区域市场的销售及拓展目标;
Responsible for the regional bovine, ovine, equine and other species animal market product sales and market management, to achieve the regional market sales and expansion goals.
▪ 负责区域内的渠道管理工作,优化并完善经销商网络,协助经销商维护既有市场、拓展新市场;
Responsible for the regional channel management, optimize and improve the dealer network, assist dealers to maintain the existing market and expand new market.
▪ 负责区域内项目的发现、跟踪、管理等相关工作;
Responsible for project discovery, tracking and management in the region.
▪ 定期向公司提交区域市场情况报告,包括但不仅限于销售、市场、行业、竞争对手等当前状况及短期内的发展形势;
Submit the regional market situation report to the company regularly, including but not limited to the current situation of sales, market, industry and competitors, as well as the short-term development situation
▪ 发展并维护与(区域内)行业 VIP 的关系,积极维护公司及产品的良好品牌形象;
Develop and maintain the relationship with industry VIP, and actively maintain the good brand image of the company and products.
▪ 及时参加公司的月度会议,完成公司管理规定的其它工作。
Participate in the company’s monthly meeting in time and finish other work as required by the company’s management.
Qualifications
▪ 本科及以上学历 Bachelor degree or above.
▪ 动物医学、动物药学等相关专业 Animal medicine, animal pharmacy and other related majors
▪ 3 年以上工作经验 Above 3 years relevant experience
▪ 具有马/牛/羊动物牧场的工作经验或具有马/牛/羊市场养殖或繁殖产品销售工作经验
Work experience in bovine、ovine、equine and other species animal farms or sales of breeding or breeding products
▪ 熟悉养殖或繁殖技术者优先 Familiar with breeding or reproduction techniques is preferred
▪ 良好的语言沟通和表达能力 Good verbal communication and presentation skills
▪ 良好的商机敏感性和人际交往能力 Good business sensitivity and interpersonal skills
▪ 为人诚实可靠、品行端正,责任心强,能承受工作压力 Honest and reliable, good conduct, strong sense of responsibility, can work under pressure
