Responsibilites
▪ Fully responsible for South Korea sales budget. Will establish a strategy and will back up partners (dealers and distributors) to reach the budget goals.
▪ Product management:
Marketing plan in the country for each product
Promotional / technical materials
Trials follow up :
✓ Set up trial protocols with company product managers according to country’s need.
✓ Follow up trial implementation until end.
✓ Supervise trial conclusions (until we could obtain ROI if possible).
Training arrangements for sales teams and customers.
Manage farm channel sales (through dealers).
▪ Key Account Management with establishment of Account Business plan for the main accounts.
▪ Support sales visits together with local distributors, Regional technical manager, Director of Sales for Asia Pacific and international product managers from OHQ.
▪ Establish communications in relation to global projects and follow up once approved by Asia Sales director.
Qualifications
▪ Master in Veterinary, Animal Science or in a related field of study.
▪ 10 years work experience in the field of animal health.
▪ Frequent business trips in Korea or international are acceptable.
▪ Fluent Korean and English.
