Sales Strategy and Business Development

 Lead international sales of antimicrobial peptides and innovative feed additives for shrimp farming.

 Develop and expand business opportunities across international aquaculture markets.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with shrimp feed mills, distributors, and key industry stakeholders.

 Drive sales growth through direct customer engagement and channel development.

 Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic business partnerships within the shrimp farming and aquaculture industry.

 Provide commercial and technical support to customers on innovative feed additive solutions.

 Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, trade fairs, and other relevant business activities.

International Business Development

 Develop and manage distributor and customer networks across international markets.

 Assess local market needs and identify opportunities for the adoption of innovative feed additive solutions.

 Collaborate with internal teams to support market development and commercial execution.

 Travel frequently internationally to meet customers, distributors, and business partners

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s Degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Animal Science, Business, or a related field.

 Proven track record of successfully selling feed additives or related inputs to shrimp feed mills and/or distributors.

 Experience in the shrimp farming / aquaculture industry is strongly preferred.

 Technical background, business development, or entrepreneurial experience is an advantage.

 Strong commercial, business development, and relationship-building skills.

 Fluent in English; Chinese-speaking candidates are preferred. Other relevant languages include Vietnamese, Bahasa Indonesia, Telugu, Thai, or Spanish.

 Willingness and ability to undertake frequent international travel.

 Open to candidates across Southeast Asia, China, and other relevant international aquaculture markets.
