Commercial Strategy & Execution
 Manage and direct all commercial sales activities for our Client’s additive product and services portfolio.
 Lead the sales closure process from initiation to completion (OTC – Order to Cash) for both new and existing customers, coordinating internally with Customer Service and Accounts Receivable.
 Oversee the entire customer journey to ensure high levels of satisfaction and timely order execution.
Business Development & Account Management
 Drive a high level of new business development to meet and exceed defined new customer acquisition targets.
 Develop and execute plans to capture and sustainably grow Key Account customers.
 Support and manage country partners (distributors) to ensure their success in the market, creating a complimentary channel strategy for sustainable growth.
 Ensure a robust existing business pipeline that consistently meets monthly, quarterly, and annual budget targets.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
 Continuously gather market intelligence to understand country/region dynamics, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs.
 Provide actionable feedback to the organization to drive innovation cultivation, improve commercial targeting, and supply foundational data for capital investment projects.
 Utilize sales tracking tools and CRM systems to monitor commercial activities and ensure data accuracy.
Reporting & Compliance
 Submit timely and accurate monthly sales reports.
 Assist in defining and refining budgets and targets for the current and subsequent financial years.
 Ensure product registration validity is maintained within the country/area of responsibility.

Qualifications

 Industry Background: Proven experience in the Animal Nutrition or Feed Industry, with an established network of key contacts in major accounts that can be leveraged for immediate business gains.
 Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, or a related scientific field is strongly preferred.
 Commercial Acumen: Demonstrable track record of converting leads into profitable sales and meeting commercial targets.
 Process Knowledge: Strong awareness of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process and functional knowledge of order processing.
 Multinational Experience (MNC): Proven experience working in a multi-national corporate environment.

 Regional Experience: Previous work experience covering multiple countries in the region.
