Responsibilites

▪ Launch Phase and Industrial Transfer
 Workshop Setup: Participate in the layout of production cells, receipt of tooling, and workflow organization.
 Skill Transfer: Master the know-how of the French factory (mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, programming) and assist in creating local Standard Operating Procedures.
 Recruiting: Structure and recruit the local team (operators, forklift drivers, etc.).
▪ Production Management and Performance
 Activity Steering: Schedule production based on orders and optimize the Overall Equipment Effectiveness.
 Multi-Technology Technical Oversight: Supervise mechanical assembly, electrical/pneumatic wiring, PC configuration, and final assembly validation.
 Continuous Improvement: Implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and drive corrective actions to reduce non-conformities and waste/unnecessary flows.
▪ Quality and Supply Chain
 Quality Guarantee: Ensure that the product manufactured in China is strictly identical in quality to the original French product.
 Local Sourcing & Supply Chain: Collaborate with Technical Buyer to qualify potential local component suppliers without compromising specifications.
▪ Management and Cross-Cultural Communication
 Direct Management: Supervise, train, and motivate Chinese teams on a daily basis.
 Reporting: Ensure transparent and regular reporting to the Industrial Department in France (weekly updates, production reports).

Qualifications

▪ Engineering Degree or Technical Bachelor’s Degree and above.
▪ Minimum 1 to 5 years in a similar production management or industrialization role, ideally in an international environment.
▪ Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly.
▪ Knowledge in electrical and pneumatic.
▪ Hands-on profile, leadership, rigor, flexibility, patience, and strong diplomacy skills.
▪ High autonomy, ability to represent the company and take initiative when faced with local contingencies.
▪ Fluent English and Chinese (Mandarin). French speakers preferred.
