Responsibilites
1. Work closely with company and Group R&D center on projects related to genetic development, ensuring the timely adoption and application of new technologies in our Chinese GGP farms.
2. Develop and implement breeding programs with company strategic partners, design new breeding objectives tailored to the Chinese market as needed.
3. Serve as the liaison with genomic testing laboratories in China.
4. Assist the sales team in developing partnerships with GGP & GP farms, and collaborate with French genetic experts and client genetic teams to scientifically plan breeding programs at the R&D level.
5. Establish and maintain collaboration with internal and external partners including research institutions, universities.
6. Train sales teams and service technicians to ensure they fully understand company’s products and breeding programs.
7. Stay up-to-date technological and scientific advancements in breeding area and give advice to headquarters, attend technical seminar and exhibition to deliver presentations on behalf of the company.
8. Monitor competitors products and industry trends to maintain market competitiveness.
9. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
1. PHD in Genetics, Animal Science or in a related field of study.
2.6yrst work experience in the field of pig genetics, 3 years practical work in GGP farms;
Candidates with relevant experience at a well-known breeding company will be given preference.
3. Frequent business trips in China or international are acceptable.
4. Focused and passionate about learning.
5. Strong communication skills and executive force.
