Responsibilites

 Achieve / exceed sales targets for agreed territories.
 Prepare and implement key account plans for customers.
 Utilise all appropriate product licenses for territory by searching for most appropriate local distributors and completing contractual agreements.
 Provide line manager with regular feedback of activities – planned and otherwise, via call plans, weekly reports, and other agreed communications.
 Work closely with Technical Services Managers to develop our client’s business throughout the territory.
 Debt collection & management
 Sales forecasting for budgeting & stock replenishment
 Territory Promotional budget responsibility
 Document current roles and responsibilities
 Begin knowledge transfer and mentorship processes.

Qualifications

Person Specification – Experience
Essential
 Knowledge of the pig and poultry industry
 Experience of a role with extensive travel
 Proven experience in key account management.
 Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
Desirable
 Understanding of the Livestock Vaccine market (predominantly monogastric sector knowledge) would be an advantage.

Person Speciation – Technical
Essential
 Bachelor’s degree in, Animal Science or Veterinary Medicine.
 English language skills.
Desirable
 Mandarin
