1. Technical Leadership
 Master and communicate comprehensive product knowledge and application to customers, distributors, and internal teams.
 Deliver technical support and services to both prospective and existing customers.
 Collaborate with technical teams to translate scientific expertise into practical customer solutions.
 Conduct technical training programs for customers, distributors, sales teams, and industry professionals.
 Lead and coordinate research projects with internal and external scientists and research institutions.
 Facilitate implementation of nutritional technologies and innovative solutions.
 Maintain a strong understanding of poultry health, intestinal health, nutrition, and production trends.
2. Sales and Business Development Support
 Partner closely with regional sales teams to achieve business growth objectives and revenue targets.
 Participate in customer visits, technical sales presentations, and key account development activities.
 Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives through technical and commercial expertise.
 Identify and develop new business opportunities across APAC markets.
 Assist in preparing business cases, customer proposals, and value-based selling initiatives.
 Support sales forecasting and strategic account planning activities.
 Contribute to the achievement of annual sales and profitability objectives.
3. Marketing and Portfolio Management
 Develop and execute marketing strategies for the poultry portfolio across APAC.
 Manage the poultry product portfolio lifecycle, including product positioning, launches, pricing recommendations, and growth strategies.
 Conduct market analysis, competitor assessments, and customer needs evaluations.
 Develop technical and marketing materials, value propositions, and promotional campaigns.
 Identify portfolio gaps and opportunities for new product development and innovation.
 Collaborate with global and regional teams to align product strategies and marketing initiatives.
 Monitor market trends and customer feedback to continuously optimize portfolio performance.
 Support regional marketing activities, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, and customer events.
4. Industry and Stakeholder Engagement
 Engage with key accounts to implement technologies and collect field performance data.
 Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, veterinarians, consultants, genetic companies, universities, and industry influencers.
 Represent the company at scientific meetings, industry conferences, trade shows, and technical seminars.
 Present research findings and technical information to industry audiences.
 Act as a key ambassador for our Client within the poultry industry.
Additional Responsibilities
 Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
 Attend trade shows, conferences, customer meetings, and company events as required.
 Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Typical Work Environment:
 Ability to work both in office and production farm environment.
 Ability to travel by car or air approximately 50% of the time internationally depending on project and team needs.

Qualifications

Education & Training:
 B.S. in Poultry Science or related field or equivalent professional experience.
Relevant Experience:
 6 – 8 years professional experience in animal nutrition & animal research roles preferably in poultry industry.
 3 + years of on farm experience, or feed industry research or education experience in the species related field.
 Multi-year experience in animal feed sales and nutrition support.
Technical Skills:
 Knowledge of poultry industry
 Excellent knowledge of poultry intestinal health principles.
 Knowledge of design of experiments fundamentals, plus statistical analysis techniques.
 Knowledge of customer business success factors in order to provide meaningful technical services.
 Ability to use Microsoft Office for presentation.
Non-Technical Skills:
 Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
 Ability to manage multiple projects at a given time.
 Ability to work collaboratively with individuals from various functional areas.
 Excellent flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and job assignments.
 Excellent problem solving and planning skills.
 Working within a matrix organization and shared services environments.
 Ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
 10 years of experience in poultry/health industry.
