Responsibilites
1. Regional Technical Leadership
• Lead and develop the regional Technical Team
• Define priorities and ensure execution of regional objectives
• Drive alignment with global technical standards
2. Customer & Technical Support
• Support customers on poultry performance, animal health, and biosecurity
• Monitor key accounts and provide technical recommendations
• Deliver technical presentations and represent the company externally
3. Technical Operations & Data Management
• Coordinate technical activities across the region
• Collect, analyze, and interpret technical and field performance data
• Prepare regular technical reports and follow-up action plans
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Business, Sales & Marketing teams
• Collaborate with global specialists and internal stakeholders
• Support strategic decisions through technical insights
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Agricultural Engineering, or related field
2. Master’s degree or PhD is preferred
3. Minimum 10 years of experience in poultry production, especially breeder and broiler management
4. Proven leadership experience in technical, commercial, or poultry operations teams
5. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
6. Experience in animal health and/or nutrition is a plus
7. Professional proficiency in English
